This year has seen the complete migration of all clients into our automated billing and provisioning system, HSPcomplete. The system permits clients to have a single point of control with eHosting to manage all your subscriptions, be they hosting, domains and soon SSL certificates. It also brings a single access point for purchasing new products 24 hours a day 7 days a week and have them automatically provisioned to our servers, the internet and centrally billed.
We have introduced VPS servers this year and these offer those clients who would rather not move up to a Dedicated Server, a more cost

We have undertaken a huge rebranding of our corporate signage this year, which included everything from logos through to our web-site. Clients have found the new site more accessible, easy to use and up to date. We
hope over the coming year to introduce several new services to the site and these will include new dedicated servers, new Windows VPS hosting, and a refreshed VPS hosting range generally.
We have introduced a new range of shared packages and these are designed to offer a more competitive solution to packages available else where in today's market place. We always strive to offer a superior service whilst maintaining realistic pricing and products based on service levels and market constraints.
November saw the moving of our data centre from Telecity to IFL. The new facility paves the way to the future, allowing ehosting to offer even more comprehensive hosting solutions, with higher service levels and dedication to you - our valued and appreciated customers.
